Day 3, 4, and 5

Well, I am on day 5 and I have to say it has gone pretty well. My love of Chees has gotten stronger and I have splurged with really nice soft chesses. I have lost a little but think that most of it is watter, however I do feel better and I haven't had the bad pain that I used to have in the mornings. I will have to see how the rest of the days goes and it the pain is going to stay away. I do find that days like today when I have lots to do I eat more eggs. Anyway, Right now the kids left our home from Joy school and I am glad I only have next week to teach. It is really crazy with Annika trying to get in to everything and me trying to make a lesson.
The kids are so fun and cute, but right now I could eat a house!!

Day 2

I started the day with eggs and I think I had eggs all day?!?! For lunch I had a spinach, I am sorry but i can remember but dinner was taliapa and spinach, really jummy!
The big challenge was going to Kelly's 32 birthday. Every time I have started a diet in the past year wen have been invited there short after and I have fallen for all the good stuff on there dinning table. Well today I ate so much of the vegetable tray i brought and the jello. I made it with out falling. I feel so good about it! Today I have had so much energy and think this will work as long as I plan and have stuff at home and with me that I can eat.

day 1

It is now day 1 on my south beach diet and I am feeling pretty good. I had eggs for breakfast and lunch I had salmon with spinach. I even spent time shopping at Costco and thanks to the cheese sampling they had made it easy to not fall on my first outing.
I spoke with my sister Jannicke, and she started doing the same diet a week ago and has already lost 8 pounds. My sitters are really an inspiration to me.
I hope that I will find time tomorrow to go to the gym if even just for 30 minutes. My goal of the week is to log 5h. of workout.

Introduction to the blog

David and I have now been married for 4 1/2 years. There is so much that has happend and I wanted to start this blog to write about my weight loss journey after all the IVF and my pregnancies. Naomi is now 3 years and Annika is 13 month.I have 40 pounds to lose.

My goal is to be able to feel like myself again and to not feel ambaraced about my body. I hope that Naomi and Annika will look at me and think they have a pretty mom, and I would love it if David could see the woman he married when he looks at me again. I am starting this blog to have a outlet to write about my weight goal and working out goals. I am hopping to be able to write about
